Senior Academic Network Coordinator

We wish to appoint a Senior Academic Network Coordinator who will manage the day to day running of the MADAR portfolio, reporting to, and working closely with the project Principal Investigator, Dr. Mariangela Palladino. The post-holder will provide overarching project management for MADAR’s 3 strands, oversee MADAR’s overall budget and the budgets of its commissioned projects and oversee the completion of all reporting mechanisms required by our funders. He/she will supervise the MADAR project’s Administrator. He/she will champion MADAR’s values of building equitable partnerships, coproduction and participation and identify and develop opportunities to share our research with the wider university, external audiences and the general public, online, at events and through various sector channels.

Applicants should hold a degree level qualification or have equivalent experience. They should have experience of successfully managing a large scale/complex project. They should be fluent in French. Fluency in Modern Standard Arabic or Maghrebi Arabic dialect is desirable but not essential. Applicants should have experience of partnership working and building new multidisciplinary networks.
